SATIN COTTON PUFFS

Using sponge, dot foundation onto chin, forehead and cheeks. Blend outward from center of face. Use dry sponge for normal coverage, slightly moistened for sheer coverage. Apply creme/powder blush over foundation with a dry sponge. Sweep lightly from cheekbone toward hairline. Wash with mild soap and water, air dry.
