DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY: Free standard shipping is offered on orders totaling $60 before tax within the 48 contiguous United States.  Shipping charges apply to orders totaling less than $60.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates by weight, location and the service selected.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 3 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard ground shipping delivery from shipping date. Please note estimated transit times are given to us by carriers such as USPS, UPS however, they are not guaranteed. 

We are NOT able to accept orders for delivery to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or US Territory addresses at this time. 

Please make sure to provide precise city, state and zip code information. Be sure to double check your information as many times abbreviations, misspellings and other typos can result in issues with your package getting to you.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY: Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

FRAUD PROTECTION PROGRAM: All payment forms are subject to verification and review by KLEANCOLOR. KLEANCOLOR reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY: We will issue refunds for (1) defective products, (2) damaged products within 30 days of original purchase date. Due to the low cost nature of our products, we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased. If you have received an item in damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You must provide photos of items damaged during shipping.

Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.

If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping cost. For example, if you spent $60 but returned an item(s) that cost $12, you no longer qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is for orders over $60 before tax, your order total is now $48 after your return. Therefore, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

For products NOT purchased through, please contact the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
