Q.  Do you offer international shipping?

A: Unfortunately we currently only ship to 48 contiguous U.S. States, unless you have any other destination within the 48 contiguous U.S. States that we can send this order to, the order cannot be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Can I receive free samples?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples. We want to keep offering you and our other customers our products at the best possible prices. Therefore, we do not have a budget for samples. However, we do throw promotions and events through our facebook and twitter to return back the supports to our customers. Q. Why is there a minimum online ordering requirement of $25?

A: Our online shopping option is initially created as a courtesy for those who have no access to stores that carry our products. Since we use UPS as the shipping service, we do not earn money from the shipping cost. In addition, minimum weight when the merchandises are wrapped are 1 lbs or above. Charge are more than likely $10.00 or higher. Thus, the $25 minimum ordering requirement is placed to ensure the customer to utilize the most out of the shipping cost. Q. Do you test your products on animals?

 A: NO TESTING on ANIMALS whatsoever! Due to limited budget and the desire to provide good quality products at the best prices, we are currently not at ability to join/sponsor PETA or related cruelty-free program without increasing product price. We prefer to keep low cost for our customers as return of support of KleanColor brand. However, we can assure that no animal testing is used in any phase of product development. We do not test any of our products on animals or ask anyone else to test for us.

Q. I would like to do a review on my blog/Youtube with your product, do you offer free samples?

We thank you for your interest in our products but unfortunately we currently do not collaborate with bloggers to honor credibility attached to reviews. As there are so many independent bloggers featuring our products, we do not feel it is fair for those and want to leave minimal control over. Therefore we do not sponsor “perks” such as complimentary products or service in exchange for publicity. However, we do throw promotions and events through our facebook and twitter to return back the supports to our customers.
